How We Work Safely
We believe that great work starts with great preparation - and that every job deserves the same level of care and attention to detail.
1. Qualified, competent teams
All technicians are inducted and assessed internally before stepping onto site. We also track and maintain all required external certifications, ensuring our teams stay current and compliant, including:
- IRATA Abseil Training
- Advanced Working at Height Training
- Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Training
2. Digital access to safety documentation
Our technicians have real-time access to all training documents, rescue plans, certifications, and Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs) via digital platforms - so they always have the information they need, when they need it.
3. Site-specific preparation
Before any work begins, we:
- Conduct onsite toolbox meetings to brief the team on the day’s tasks
- Complete a risk assessment to identify hazards and control measures
- Provide clients with a SSSP, WorkSafe Notification, and technician certifications outlining how the job will be completed and who will be on site
4. Continuous learning and improvement
We treat every incident as an opportunity to learn.
All incidents are reported, investigated, and shared within the team to prevent recurrence. Regular H&S meetings bring together everyone from technicians to the Managing Director to discuss:
- Learnings from incidents
- Training and refresher courses
- Opportunities for improvement
- Team feedback and concerns
5. Equipment and PPE
We supply all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure every team member is trained to use it correctly.
