A pair of large industrial warehouses at 90 Pavilion Drive, Māngere (combined area 16,000+ m²).
Issue
The site manager needed a wash programme that protects warranty compliance, and a provider who could work smoothly around demanding logistics tenants with minimal disruption.
Our Approach
BeWashed engaged directly with materials manufacturers (including both long-run roofing iron and aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding) to validate our proposed wash methods and ensure the programme aligned with warranty requirements. We then planned delivery around tenant operations (access, vehicle movements, and timing).
Outcome
The programme has been delivered successfully for several years, maintaining warranty-aligned cleaning while keeping impact to tenants minimised.
